Choo Choo! It's Thomas!

Yesterday, we joined our good friends the Colvins and the Blunts for a Day Out with Thomas the Tank Engine. Admittedly, Luke doesn't have the faintest idea who Thomas the Tank Engine is. A Day Out with Elmo? A Day Out with Mickey Mouse? He'd be giddy with excitement. Even though it took him a little while to warm up to the idea, Luke had a great time. Here are some pics:

Jeremy tries to get Luke excited about the events:

Little Beckham thought it was loud. I feel you, Becks.
We're on the train... woo woo! (Luke was a little confused.)

Here's sweet Caroline. Isn't she a doll?

One little boy was pretty sleepy as the train made its way...
... but that same little boy was game for some tickling when we stopped.
We had a fantastic time, but man we were EXHAUSTED once it was over! We're still recovering, but a good time was had by all. (I didn't even mention the corn dogs. OMG. So good.) Now - let Spring Break begin! I'm eagerly awaiting NCAA brackets and cheering on the Aggies to lots of wins! I'm taking Luke to get 18 month pictures this week. I'll post them once we're done. Send good smiley, happy, photogenic vibes our way at about 9:30 Wednesday morning!
